Khatta Meetha Star Trisha All Set To Return To Bollywood After 13 Years

Trisha Krishnan

As per various reports, Trisha Krishnan is set to be paired against Salman Khan as a female lead in Vishnu Vardhan’s upcoming movie, The Bull. The film is said to be based on Operation Cactus, a military operation carried out by the Indian Army in 1998. Trisha has previously expressed her desire to work with Salman Khan. The official announcement about the film hasn’t been made yet, but we expect it to be made soon.

Trisha Krishnan made her Bollywood debut in 2010 in Priyadarshan directorial Khatta Meetha. She was paired against Akshay Kumar in the movie. She appeared in various South Indian movies after Khatta Meetha, such as ’96, Raangi, PS-I & PS-II,’ but didn’t feature in any Hindi movie.

On the workfront, Trisha was recently seen in the Vijay-starrer Leo. She is currently busy shooting the Tamil film Vidaa Muyarchi and Malayalam language Identity. She has also been signed to be a part of Thug Life, directed by Mani Ratnam. Her recent films have been financially successful and her performance has also been praiseworthy. This might be one potential reason for her comeback in Hindi cinema after 13 years.
