What: The 16-year-old daughter of popular music composer and actor Vijay Antony allegedly died by suicide early Tuesday.
Furthermore: According to the police, the Class 12 student of a popular private school in the city was found dead in her room around 3 am. Vijay Antony soon rushed her to the nearby private hospital where she was declared dead on arrival, they added.
We heard: The Teynampet police reached the spot and sent her body to the Omandurar government hospital for post-mortem. A case has been registered and the police are conducting a further inquiry into the incident.
