The trip, initially marked by celebrations, took a sudden turn when, on Saturday morning, they were awakened by the sounds of bombs, blaring sirens, and the panic of having to rush to a shelter in the basement of their hotel.
Nushrratt emphasized that they were entirely unprepared for this situation and found themselves caught in the middle of a foreign country during a war. However, they received unexpected assistance from various sources, including their Israeli co-actors, guidance from the Indian and Israeli embassies, supportive hotel staff, and a selfless taxi driver who aided them during this life-threatening ordeal.
In a video shared along with her statement, Nushrratt expressed her thanks for the well-wishes and prayers she received and assured everyone that she had safely returned home. She extended her gratitude to the Government of India, the Indian embassy, and the Israel embassy for their guidance and assistance in ensuring her safe return.
