The report mentioned that the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) has approved the project, which will be constructed on a prime sea-facing plot at Carter Road in Bandra. The property is said to be owned by Salman’s mother, Salma Khan. The hotel will feature various amenities, including a café, restaurant, gymnasium, swimming pool, convention center, and hotel rooms spanning from the 7th to the 19th floors.
